🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Rough-in and finish plumbing for new construction

  • Read and interpret plans

  • Work independently and with a team

  • Maintain clean, organized job sites

  • Communicate with builders and supervisors

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years plumbing experience (new construction preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of rough-in and finish work

  • Ability to read plans

  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Our work primarily consists of a blend of New Construction and remodel work with occasional service calls. A typical work week will primarily be spent on a specific job site installing sewer, water, and gas systems in residential homes.

  • While residential experience is strongly encouraged, if you have a desire to step into this aspect of the trade, please apply! A basic overall understanding of tools and plumbing systems goes a long way and given the right person, we are more than happy to train everyone.

  • Yes, an average work week is 32-40 hours depending on the day.

  • Up to $45/hour depending on experience. Checks are issued weekly on Fridays.

  • Absolutely. If you need a day off for any reason, or last minute have to pick up your kid from school or make it to an appointment, we encourage you to do so. We just kindly ask for a 24 hour notice to adjust our scheduling.
